DeLonghi BAR42 Pump-Driven Espresso Maker

Savor a burst of true Italian flavor at home with this DeLonghi espresso maker. With a self-priming pump, large 68-ounce water reservoir (which removes for easy filling and cleaning), and two nozzles, this electric machine brews up single or double shots of espresso and can quickly produce more.

For a brunch or after-dinner crowd, it's unbeatable. Froth a perfect cappuccino with the swivel steamer and separate steam control knob. A drip tray under the nozzles holds two espresso shot glasses or small cups (regular coffee cups won't fit underneath), and removes for easy cleaning. Two stainless-steel filter holders are provided: one for finely ground espresso coffee (tamp with the built-in tamper), and one that holds special prepackaged coffee pods (no tamping and little cleanup required). The detailed instruction booklet seems daunting at first, but the lighted settings work intuitively.
